Our end-of-lease cleaning service is designed to meet the standards required by NSW real estate agents to help you secure your full bond return.

 

General Areas (All Rooms)

• All surfaces dusted and wiped (including skirting boards and ledges)

• Doors, door frames, and light switches cleaned

• Internal windows cleaned (glass, tracks, and sills)

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Built-in wardrobes and cupboards cleaned inside and out

• Marks removed from walls (where possible)

If your property manager or real estate agent is not satisfied with any areas covered in our cleaning checklist, simply notify us within 72 hours of service, and we will return to those areas at no additional cost.

 

Terms & Conditions: The guarantee applies only to services listed in our end-of-lease cleaning checklist.

The property must be in good condition, free from damage, and fully vacated at the time of cleaning. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues beyond cleaning (e.g. mould that cant be removed, stains, or structural damage). Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours with access provided for re-clean.
